The room we stayed in had an incredible city view and the beds were super comfy. We loved relaxing at the indoor pool and indulging in a soothing foot massage during our stay. The only downside was that the decor felt a bit dated, but overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it! 👍

great access to parks and charming dining areas
I loved that the hotel is just a few steps from Bercy Village, a lively outdoor shopping and dining area, and only a short walk from the beautiful Bois de Vincennes, making my weekend strolls truly enjoyable.

Amazing stay with top-notch service!
We had such a great time! Julie at the front desk was super helpful with everything, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with lots of fresh options. Rooms are spacious and cozy, but the bar area could get noisy at times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Woke up to breathtaking views from the duplex suite. The staff were incredibly kind, greeting us with warm smiles.
However, our big plans for spa relaxation were dashed by overcrowding and ongoing renovations. Plus, the check-in process felt a bit chaotic with long waits and disorganization.

The spacious family rooms accommodated our needs well, perfect for our trip with kids. Proximity to Bercy Village made dining and shopping convenient, offering a laid-back atmosphere with ample options. I appreciated the decent breakfast variety for a busy hotel, alongside a pool that provided a nice break after sightseeing.
Parking near the hotel posed a challenge. check-in was awkward with only two counters available, leading to longer waits. The breakfast experience was lacking, with some items being out of stock and a noisy environment that detracted from the overall enjoyment. Our room's kettle had a leak, and there were issues with room maintenance, such as inconsistent cleaning. water bottles were replenished only for two, regardless of four of us being in the room, which was a bit frustrating.

I appreciated the extensive breakfast menu with an omelette station, which made mornings delightful. Accessing the gym and pool was smooth, with staff providing clear instructions.
The noise from nearby streets could be bothersome at times.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pullman Bercy. The hotel has a modern vibe that makes you feel relaxed right from the start. The staff greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly. I loved the spacious room with a comfy bed. The view from my window of the surrounding area was absolutely stunning. Bercy Village is just a short walk away, filled with charming eateries and shops, which was great for grabbing a bite. Breakfast had a generous selection, although I wished the hot food options were more consistently stocked. One downside was the noise from the street. it sometimes disrupted my sleep despite the soundproofing. The fitness area had ample equipment, but I noticed the spa was under renovation, so I couldn't enjoy those services. My kettle was leaking, but the staff promptly replaced it when I complained. Overall, the mix of location, service, and amenities made the stay worthwhile, though there’s room for improvement in a few areas like breakfast variety and noise insulation.

The location is pretty awesome, just a quick walk to Bercy Village, lots of options for meals. The best part? The staff were super friendly, they even let us take our dog which was a huge deal for us.
It definitely wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Well, that was a surprise!
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The table tennis and foosball kept the kids entertained while I appreciated the comfortable pool area. Access to Bercy Village's dining options was a delightful bonus. Although the metro was close, getting around was easy. Just a bit more attention to detail would elevate the experience further.
